Four Consecutive Sessions
(60 minutes)
The Premarital Counseling Program is for couples seeking marriage/union. The program will introduce basic communication skills and problem-solving. The following are topics and examples of questions we will discuss in each session:
* Finances: Who pays the bills? What is the budget?
* Roles:
Who is the "breadwinner" or the "homemaker"? Who makes decisions?
Who is the "breadwinner" or the "homemaker"? Who makes decisions?* Children: How many? How are they going to be raised?
* Religion: Will your children be baptized? What house of worship will you be married in?

If you need to cancel your appointment please notify me at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellation less than 24 hours before session will be charged $75.

The focus of the group is Body Image which is the way we feel, think, and look at our body. We will work as a group to change negative body image to positive body image by identifying core beliefs, thoughts, feeling, and behaviors. Every four weeks the group will cover a different topic based on the body image workbook by Thomas F. Cash, PHD. Another benefit of joining the group is that Courtney Westin, LCMFT will collaborate with your outpatient treatment team in order to keep continuity of care.
